Cricket Batting Trainer Power

Heavy Cricket Batting Training • Overloading

IMPROVE CONTACT CLOSER TO YOUR BODY

You can’t cheat with overload cricket training. Your ability to use your core muscles is critical to success. Failure to do so, and the result; “you’re out!”

KINETIC CHAIN

If you disconnect too early, your arms hold the weight. At the extremities of your arms is your weakest point of the Kinetic Chain, your wrists; struggling to keep your barrel level at the point of contact.

OVERLOAD CRICKET TRAINING ON ITS OWN IS OF LITTLE VALUE.

Don’t waste time with various cricket batting overload drills; you’ll develop a long cricket swing as the excessive weight pulling your arms away from your core. Using a heavy cricket bat with the Cricket Precise-2020; it gives all the benefits of overload/underload plus the critical element of, “staying connected” to your cricket swing.

OVERLOAD AND STRENGTH

Strengthen your core, “cricket power batting muscles;” such as your side abdominal region. Improve Strength in your smaller “cricket batting muscles.” Especially your bottom hand forearm (the hand closest to the end of the bat), critical for two-handed follow through batting styles in all sports; such as cricket batting.

REAL WORLD EXAMPLE

If you were to hold a 30-pound stone for 20 seconds, this task is a lot easier when you keep the stone close to your body. However, if you were to carry the stone away from your body it becomes heavier and harder to hold; this is because you’re getting away from your center of gravity. The same goes for cricket batting, in particular, heavy cricket bat training. The further your arms and hands are away from your center of gravity, the more you’ll struggle.
